There's a strong tendency in paganism to consider all deities as expressions of the Lord and Lady, and those into a higher, transcendent whole which is expressed in everything, including each and every human. To somebody who was raised Catholic, it seems eerily similar to the omnipresence of the Christian God, who is also considered omnipotent and omniscient. Catholics generally consider this as a given: of course God's there. What about the Scripture and living a good life, and oh yeah, going to church on Sunday?

it's different in pantheistic paganism )
